Sam began his career in real estate development in 1986. Driven by his passion for the selection process and his extensive use of stone and tile in his projects, he opened Baystone in 2004. Starting in a 16,000-square-foot space focused on natural stone slabs, Sam expanded the showroom to over 50,000 square feet. He brings over 30 years of expertise in construction and real estate development and remains actively involved in product selection and business expansion.

Dr. Ellie leads procurement at Baystone, sourcing unique, high-quality stone and tile from quarries and mills around the world and curating a collection that gives every project real choice. Her focus is the customer experience end to end — that the material selected is the right one, that it arrives as promised, and that each client leaves confident in their decision. She draws on more than 20 years as a business owner and medical professional, and holds a doctorate in medical science as a physician assistant specializing in aesthetic medicine.

With over 22 years of experience in the tile and stone industry, Kimberly brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for design to every client interaction. She believes Bay Stone's unmatched selection makes it easier to bring any vision to life, and that every surface woven into a home holds memories for a lifetime. She truly appreciates being part of the family atmosphere at Bay Stone every day.

With over 20 years in the tile and stone industry and the last decade at Baystone Depot, Miguel works directly with homeowners, designers, builders, and contractors on their material selections. He walks clients through the showroom, matches slabs and tile to the project at hand, and is available for outside sales consultations when a job calls for it.

Lisa listens carefully to each customer's specific needs, helping them discover and refine their personal style. She believes it's important to provide every client with an estimate, and considers follow-ups essential once an order is placed. Keeping customers informed and maintaining an honest, positive attitude throughout the process is her key to success.

Janeth has built her expertise in natural and engineered stone through hands-on experience in countertop fabrication and her role in a showroom setting, where she truly enjoys helping clients bring their vision to life. She takes a thoughtful approach — guiding each person through the selection process to find materials that not only look beautiful but also fit their lifestyle. With a strong understanding of slab characteristics, fabrication, and installation, Janeth offers insight that makes the process feel seamless and confident.
