Natural Stone Warranty
We stand behind the quality and authenticity of every natural stone slab we sell. Our warranty covers material defects that exist at the time of purchase.
- Guaranteed authentic natural stone from verified quarry sources
- Free from structural defects that would prevent normal use
- Color and veining consistent with the specific slab selected in our showroom
- Proper thickness and dimensional accuracy per industry standards
- Does not cover natural characteristics (fissures, pitting, color variation) inherent to natural stone
- Does not cover damage from improper handling, fabrication, or installation by third parties
Engineered Stone Warranty
Engineered quartz products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we facilitate on your behalf. Coverage varies by brand — Caesarstone, Silestone, Cambria, and others each offer their own warranty terms.
- Caesarstone: Limited lifetime residential warranty, 10-year commercial warranty
- Silestone: 25-year warranty covering manufacturing defects
- Cambria: Limited lifetime warranty for residential installations
- We assist with all manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf
- Original purchase receipt and proof of professional installation required
- Does not cover damage from heat, chemicals, excessive force, or improper care
Porcelain Slab Warranty
Porcelain slabs carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Our team ensures you receive product that meets all published specifications.
- Guaranteed to meet or exceed published specifications for hardness, water absorption, and slip resistance
- Free from manufacturing defects including warping, cracking, or color inconsistency within the same lot
- Shade variation between lots is normal and not covered
- Does not cover damage from improper cutting, handling, or installation
- Does not cover chips or cracks resulting from impact after purchase
Installation Warranty
Installation work is performed by our vetted fabrication and installation partners. Each partner provides their own workmanship warranty directly to you.
- Typical fabrication partner warranties range from 1 to 5 years on workmanship
- Covers proper template measurement, cutting, edge finishing, and installation
- Seam quality, sink cutout accuracy, and structural support included
- We help connect you with our trusted fabrication partners who meet our quality standards
- Fabrication warranties are between you and the installation partner directly
- We will advocate on your behalf if issues arise with any of our recommended partners
